Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center – ENERGY MODEL REVIEW / DEVELOPMENT OF PROPOSALS FOR ENERGY EFFICIENCY IMPROVEMENT

During the construction phase, our company undertook and successfully completed the revision of the Energy Model of the project in accordance with the MEP implementation and the revised KENAK project design.
At the same time, we proceeded to design and develop new integrated energy saving proposals for air conditioning systems, to further improve the already very high overall performance rating of the building.
The savings measures were incorporated into the Energy Model of the Project to reflect the energy benefit and were applied to the construction of the project.
The project has been rated and certified to the highest ” PLATINUM ” LEED certification.
