The implementation of geothermal VRV air conditioning system was selected for the project and thereby the installation of outdoor unit to the surrounding area was not required and also a very high efficiency throughout the annual operation is achieved.

The water-cooled VRV Heat Pump is placed in the underground mechanical room and connected to the water drilling and refrigerant piping. System takes advantage of the water temperature (geothermal) for the efficient and uninterrupted operation of the central unit.

The estimated system’ s coefficient of performance is EER = 6,0 in cooling mode and COP = 5,0 in heating mode!!
